Amazing Raw Vegan Pancake Recipe
Markus Rothkranz, a health guru, looks to change the world one person at a time. Rothkranz and Cara Brotman are continuously bringing new vegan recipes to the viewers on his Youtube channel. He recently uploaded a video of Cara introducing her “Amazing Raw Vegan Pancake Recipe”, where she uses coconut as one of her many ingredients. In the video, Cara uses a blender and a food dehydrator.
First off, Cara mixes her ground flax seed cookies, coconut, banana, nut milk, MarkusSweet Sweetener, and vanilla extract together in the blender. Once the pancake batter was mixed, she threw a handful of chopped walnuts on top and poured the batter to make two pancakes. She said that if you wanted to, you could add a layer of frozen blueberries on the top. She put the batter in the dehydrator for a few hours and flipped them over about halfway through the process to ensure both sides were evenly done. When the pancakes came out of the dehydrator they were brown – from the oxidation of the bananas but looked super delicious.
After the pancakes were taken out of the dehydrator, Cara put a layer of her Whip Cream on the tops of the pancakes. She then stacked them on top of each other and added her toppings with a drizzle of maple syrup. She suggests that you can use strawberries, cacao nibs, pomegranate seeds, and mint leaves for toppings. Don’t forget the maple syrup, Cara said that they wouldn’t be pancakes without it. This is a great choice for a healthy breakfast, and the best part is that you can double the recipe – if needed

We need to stretch our muscles to live. It’s important to get a variety of different movements into our days, and sitting down (everywhere from office to dinner to bar to after dinner in the chair) is making us sick. It cuts off circulation, makes us swell, and makes us feel like we have very little energy. In short, we’re getting sick.
If you want to break out of this routine, you can buy a standing desk. Markus has one, and he sometimes uses his bicycle or treadmill in front of it. You can also make sure to take a break every hour or so, stretching or doing squats for about five minutes. You’re sure to love the feeling of happiness this brings to your health.
As you can see from the video, sitting all day and evening is one of the worst things you can do for yourself. If you aim to improve, think about all the things you can do instead of watch TV or rest in the evening: cleaning house, gardening, walking, running, or even just taking a walk with your dog or partner in your neighborhood. What you probably don’t know about Vitamin B12- Markus Rothkranz
Markus Rothkranz is a lifestyle guru and a motivational speaker. One of his videos is of him talking about vitamin B12. He discusses things that people may not have known about it.
He starts off by saying how there is a lot of hype, fear and paranoia about vitamin B12 and how people freak out when they find out they have a B12 deficiency. According to Rothkranz, people shouldn’t be paranoid about getting a blood test that says they are low in B12 because it doesn’t actually mean anything. He goes on to say Serum B12 levels don’t reflect true levels of the vitamin due to where they are stored, which is mostly in the liver.
Rothkranz mentions how vegans and vegetarians need to supplement the vitamin because they don’t consume meat, but then he points out how more than half of meat eaters have a B12 deficiency.
The guru continues to discuss how B12 is pretty much bacteria poop and how people would just uproot a carrot, brush it off and then consume it if they were in the natural world. The carrot would be covered with microscopic organisms and there would still be a little bit of dirt on it. He added that humans’ gut bacteria produces a little bit of B12.
He provides tips on how to rebuild stomach acid by eating things such as lemon, sea salt and apple cider. He also recommends taking B-complex vitamins and zinc with meals. Alkaline water is not recommended because Rothkranz says it plays a role in weakening stomach acid.
